SANTA BARBARA WINE COUNTRY HALF MARATHON
May 12, 2012 Registration already 50% full
Alert your friends and family that registration for the 2012 Santa Barbara Wine Country Half Marathon is open and selling fast! The 2012 race date is Saturday May 12th. There is plenty to see and do in the area, especially when the weather is ideal in May, so plan to stay in Santa Barbara and the Santa Ynez Valley for a few days to tour around and enjoy other activities. A team competition and two-person relay option is also available. The festivities start on Thursday in Santa Barbara. VIRGINIA WINE COUNTRY HALF MARATHON
All Registration is OPEN on November 1st!
The 2012 race will be held on Saturday June 2nd and registration opens in full on November 1st. Due to the popularity of the inaugural event in Loudoun County, we expect the 2012 race to sell out quickly. A new course is been routed to ease traffic while making transportation easier to the start/finish venue at Doukenie Winery. NAPA-TO-SONOMA WINE COUNTRY HALF MARATHON

Our flagship event, this is still the largest and most popular, and sell-out is expected within a couple of weeks, if not days. A new GunBunFunRun 5K, on-course wine stop and band are now part of the race day fun. The Wine & Music Festival in Sonoma Plaza features great music and 18 wineries and two breweries. OREGON WINE COUNTRY HALF MARATHON
Registration opens mid-December
The second annual Oregon Wine Country Half Marathon was a fantastic event! Our race expo and pasta dinner was held at the Evergreen Aviation Museum amongst the Spruce Goose and other eye-popping aviation spectacles. This race not only features amazing scenery but a post-race festival with two dozen fantastic wineries! Oregon's beautiful Yamhill Valley is located just south of Portland within the Willamette Valley and features some of the best Pinot Noir in the world. Events are scheduled all weekend so plan to stay and play for the Labor Day holiday.There is a team competition for groups of 6 or more ($10 discount) and a 2-person relay option for those of you looking to split the 13.1 miles. HEALDSBURG WINE COUNTRY HALF MARATHON

It was arguably the most gorgeous weekend we have ever experienced at Destination Races. The 2011 Healdsburg race was held under bright sunny skies and set amongst the backdrop of colorful autumn vineyards this past weekend. While 2,000 other runners were enjoying the beautiful weather, scenery and wine, the men's and women's champions were both setting course records. In fact, only one second separated the first and second place men's finishers as they crossed the finish line stride for stride. And in a colorful costume contest, it was Curious George and her handler who took home the award. Mark your calendar, as the 2012 date is October 27th and registration will open in February. www.runhealdsburg.com
