1. Transfer your registration to another individual.Through October 31: Transfers can be processed at a cost of $20, and must be completed by the original registrant. Payment for the registration, any Race Extras, and the $20 transfer fee is handled between the participants. Upon processing, the new runner will be provided a bib and packet. All paid Race Extras are applied to the transfer, including access into the post-race Wine & Music Festival. To EDIT or TRANSFER: You can update the information on your order (like name, email address, t-shirt size, etc…) from Current Orders under My Tickets. 1 Go to “My Tickets”. After logging into your Eventbrite account, access the Account Menu. Then select My Tickets to go to your My Tickets page. 2 Select “View Order.” Locate your order and select View Order to display the information collected during registration. 3 Select “Edit.” If you want to “transfer” your tickets to someone else, just change the name. We recommend updating the email address as well and checking the box to send the new attendee a confirmation email with all the ticket/registration information they’ll need. 4 Save your changes. Once you’re done, select Save to save your changes.
All transfers after October 31st will be processed at the Race Expo. The new runner will need the name and confirmation number from the original registrant, along with the $20 transfer fee.
